Requirements
Who we're looking for.
We hire for written English, attitude and reliability. Experience helps, but the right mindset matters more.
What you need
- English B1 or higher — this is a writing job, so your written English is what we test.
- A laptop or PC and stable, fast internet. That's the whole setup.
- The shift. 12 hours, 2 days on / 2 days off, 9 PM–9 AM Pacific (07:00–19:00 Bucharest).
- Reliability. You show up for every shift, on time, and take the work seriously.
- Motivation to earn and openness to feedback — your numbers improve week over week.
- 18 or older.
A plus, not a must
- Spanish, Russian or German on top of English
- Sales or customer-service experience
- Previous OnlyFans chatting experience
- Fast typing (60+ WPM)

Is this a real job with real pay?
Yes. Madox is a registered Romanian agency (MADOX SRL) and winner of Best Fans Agency 2026 at the Bucharest Summit Awards. Chatters are paid an hourly base plus commission on the sales they close, plus performance bonuses. This is a professional, remote communication role.
Do I need experience as a chatter?
No. Every new chatter goes through the Madox Academy, our own 4-day training with theory and practice, before touching a live account. Experience in sales, customer service or OnlyFans chatting is a plus, not a requirement.
How much can I earn?
You earn an hourly base of $2 to $4 depending on experience, plus 3 to 5% commission on the sales you generate, plus a range of performance bonuses. Commission is uncapped: the better you chat, the more you earn.
What are the working hours?
Fixed 12-hour shifts on a 2-days-on / 2-days-off rhythm. The shift runs 9 PM to 9 AM Pacific time, which is 07:00 to 19:00 in Bucharest (EET). Roughly 15 shifts a month; the other days are yours.
Which countries are you hiring from?
We hire worldwide. The bar is written English at B1 level or higher, a laptop with a stable connection, and the ability to work the shift schedule. Spanish, Russian or German are a plus.
What is the Madox Academy?
Our in-house training portal. Over 4 days you learn the platform, the creator's voice, fan psychology and sales technique, then practise in simulated chats and a live-style assessment. Complete it and you're scheduled for your first shift with a dedicated manager.
Do I have to show my face or create content?
Never. You are never on camera and never create content. You work behind the screen, in writing, under a confidentiality agreement.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application within 48 hours. If it's a fit, you get an invitation to a short online interview. Accepted candidates are sent to the Madox Academy, and after training you go live with a dedicated manager.
Transparency
Every account Madox manages discloses to its subscribers that messages may be handled by the creator's team. You will never be asked to misrepresent yourself, deceive a fan, or act against a creator's boundaries. All chatters work under a confidentiality agreement, and Madox operates in line with the platform's guidelines.
